This table arrived well packaged. Easy to put together, took my husband maybe 15 minutes tops. Very nice wood. Sturdy. Love that it has two leaves, but is also usable as a table when both leaves are folded down. Just enought table space for a drink or two and some snacks. With just the one leaf up, makes for plenty of room for my husband and I to eat dinner. I have this on a limited space condo deck, and I have to say that it's exactly what we needed. We are even using the cross bars on the bottom to rest our portable Weber grill on when it's not in use. So it's storage as well! Who could ask for more? While I was going to seal it, it seems to be well treated already. It's not raw wood. I have it covered with a table cloth, and it's not really exposed to rain/sun, so I believe it will be a while before I'll need to apply any sort of finish/protectant.
