This table is in the guest bedroom. The design of this table allows us to keep the TV out of the way and next to the wall when not in use. When our guests want to watch TV , they can rotate the TV to face the bed.The assembled table is clever, functional and attractive but a bit flimsy. Rather than sliding the top table open, we have to slightly lift and move it for two reasons. The first is that the top lightly scrapes across the bottom table. Having the TV on it makes the top heavier but not by much. The second reason is that the wheel locking mechanism drags on the floor (or carpet) when open to the rolling option. When locked, the locking key does not rest on the ground, leading me to believe it could be designed differently to eliminate this problem. It took my construction-skilled spouse less than an hour to assemble. Following written instructions minimized assembly mistakes but weren't crucial to assembly. I had previously ordered a version of this table that cost only $58 but had bad reviews. My spouse had me cancel that order and order this one with the much better reviews. You can also find versions that cost twice as much as this one so I am content with the cost.My caretaker was able to put this together by herself with no issues. It is a beautiful table and works very well with my new couch. I wanted tall arms on my couch so I could comfortably lean into the corner. The top of the arms are 27 inches from the floor so my old end table was way too short. This table comes up almost to the top of the arms. I love being able to pull out the top section and swing it in front of me to be able to eat, or to prop my tablet up for reading, playing games, etc.I love this little table/desk. Great design! It has transformed my living room into a work space and I have been able to move out of my bedroom. It has loads of space for all my work equipment and laptop. It took me a while to put together because I got a little hung up on the first step, but it all turned out fine in the end. My only complaint is that the laminate top had come unglued in one place, I'll have to glue it back. Overall I am so pleased with this purchase. The table arrived a couple of days before it was expected. All the pieces were extremely well-packed and labeled. The illustrated directions were easy to follow. It did take me an hour or so to assemble but I have not had a lot of experience. I am impressed with the table and intend to use it often. Thanks!I absolutely LOVE this table! It is perfect for the narrow space next to the couch without giving up the storage space needed. It was easy to put together with clearly written and easy to understand instructions. It has a slight textured finish and looks/feels like higher quality furniture. Definitely worth the price and seems to be something that will be quite durable/last for years to come. I definitely recommend this.Clearly not a piece of fine furniture, but it is versatile and surprisingly sturdy (once assembled). All the pieces were included, labeled and corresponded to the printed instructions, which were easy to read. Be careful assembling - the shelves are a fabricated board and the top veneer can be broken. Also, included is an Allen wrench, but get a drill, cut down the Allen wrench and use the drill. There are a lot of screws. I would recommend.I don't normally write reviews but I absolutely love this table! I'm a single mom who goes to school and works from home occasionally. This table is perfect to be able to sit in my living room with my kids and also get my work done! It was easy to put together. I did it myself in about 30 minutes. It's also very sturdy and looks great!Easy to put together with the clear instructions. I like that the bags containing each part was labeled so I didn't have to guess what they were. It would definitely be easier with 2 humans as the instructions suggest, but I was able to do it by myself and I'm not particularly handy. Seems sturdy enough but I'm not going to go out of my way to test how durable it is.
